Q: I deleted my calendar from iCal but it's still showing on the server...
A: If you unpublish from iCal the calendar is normally deleted from the server.
However if you delete your calendar before clicking unpublish or if you are without an internet connection at the moment of unpublishing it remains on the server.

You can always delete your calendars manually by using a browser.
For public published calendars go to:
http://public.ical-mac.com/YOURUSERNAME/admin/

And for manually deleting private published calendars go to:
http://private.ical-mac.com/YOURUSERNAME/admin/
Here you can delete your calendars.

Q: I don't have iCal, can I use Sunbird from Mozilla to publish and subscribe?
A: Yes indeed, iCal-Mac.com is compatible with Sunbird the same settings apply for publishing.
Sunbird is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
Sunbird can be downloaded here.

Q: Can other people edit my published calendars?
A: No, only you can upload / publish calendars.
The calendars on the server are read only.

Q: Will Google index my published calendars?
A: Private calendars will not show in search engine search results.
Public calendars might appear in search results from google or other search engines.

Q: I want to delete my account, where can I do that?
A: Please note that if you delete your account all your stored calendars on the ical-mac.com server will also be deleted.
You may delete your account here.

Q: I Only want certain people to be able to view my online calendars, is that possible?
A: Yes, just use the private publishing option for this.
You can create usernames and passwords for the people you want to give access to your online calendars.

Q: I love this free service, can I return a favor?
A: Yes you can, if you have a site or a blog or just any page online put a link on there to http://www.iCal-Mac.com to help iCal-Mac grow.
